Autism Evaluations

Autism is associated with a higher likelihood of depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Patients with Autism are commonly misdiagnosed with other disorders (such as bipolar disorder, personality disorder, etc.) and are not given appropriate supports they deserve to succeed. I provide a specialized diagnostic evaluation with a specific focus on Autism for children of all ages. It also includes a comprehensive assessment that tests for a wide spectrum of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, and medical comorbidities. These assessments are done in person. However, if the patient is under 5 years old, we recommend doing the appointment virtually as young children may become anxious in unfamiliar settings.

The Autism Evaluation Includes:

  • Clinical Interview

  • Autism-Specific Interview

  • Record Review

  • Assessment of Developmental and Language Levels

  • Observational Assessment

  • Feedback

  • Counseling for Next Steps

  • Written evaluation report

I understand that the evaluation process can be daunting, and I strive to provide a thorough experience to alleviate any stress individuals may have before, and after, the evaluation.

Pricing: $3000 (Encompasses 3 hours of face to face time, plus 2 hours of report writing and record review)
